Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Files Ground subscription at any time from your My Account page. There are no cancellation fees.
When you cancel:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- All assets you downloaded during your active subscription period remain permanently licensed to you under the terms at the time of download.
- You will lose access to unlimited downloads at the end of your billing period.
We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days in a billing period.
2. Subscription Refunds
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. We may issue a refund in the following circumstances:
- Duplicate charge: You were charged more than once for the same subscription period.
- Technical failure: A verified platform outage prevented you from accessing the service for a significant portion of your billing period.
- Unauthorized charge: A charge was made without your authorization and you notify us within 7 days.
- First-time subscribers: If you subscribed within the last 7 days and have not downloaded any assets, you may request a full refund.
To request a refund, contact support@filesground.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and transaction ID. We respond within 1–3 business days.
3. Premium Credit Packs
Premium credits purchased via credit packs are non-refundable once any credits have been used for AI image generation or editing.
Refunds for unused credit packs may be issued if:
- No credits have been used from the pack.
- You request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
- A technical error caused credits not to be delivered to your account.
Credits do not expire and carry over indefinitely while your account is active.
Credits are forfeited if your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
4. Individual Asset Purchases
Due to the digital nature of downloadable assets, individual asset purchases are non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
Exceptions may apply if:
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description.
- The asset infringes third-party rights (after investigation by our team).
- You were charged but the download failed and no retry was possible.
Contact support@filesground.com with your order details within 7 days of purchase.
5. AI-Generated Images
Credits consumed by AI image generation or editing are non-refundable once a generation request has been submitted, regardless of whether you are satisfied with the output.
This applies to all AI models: FLUX.2, Ideogram 4, GPT Image 2, and Nano Banana 2.
If a generation fails due to a server error on our end and credits were deducted, contact support and we will restore the credits to your account.
6. How to Cancel Your Subscription
- Sign in to your account at filesground.com.
- Go to My Account → Billing tab.
- Click View Details next to your active subscription.
- Select Cancel Subscription and confirm.
You will receive a confirmation email. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
