License Agreement

Every asset on Files Ground is covered by this standard license. When you download an asset — whether via a subscription or a one-time purchase — you receive the rights described below.
What the License Covers
The license grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, commercial right to use the asset in permitted projects. The license is personal to you and cannot be transferred or sublicensed.
For subscription downloads: the license is valid for any End Product you complete while your subscription is active. Once completed, the license continues for the life of that End Product. For one-time purchases, the license is perpetual.
Permitted Uses ✓
Digital & Print Media
Websites, apps, social media, presentations, brochures, posters, and print publications.
Commercial Projects
Advertising, marketing campaigns, product packaging, and client work.
Editorial Use
News articles, blog posts, educational materials, and non-commercial publications.
Broadcast & Film
Video productions, YouTube, streaming content, and broadcast media.
Merchandise
Physical products such as t-shirts, mugs, and prints — up to 500,000 units per design.
Multiple Projects
Use the same asset across unlimited projects under a single license.
Prohibited Uses ✗
Resale as Stock
You cannot resell, redistribute, or sublicense the asset as a standalone file on any stock platform.
AI Training
Using assets to train, fine-tune, or build AI/ML models is strictly prohibited.
Defamatory Content
Assets may not be used in content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, or harmful.
Trademark Registration
You cannot register an asset or derivative as a trademark or logo without written permission.
Watermarked Previews
Watermarked preview files may not be used in any project — only the downloaded original.
Exceeding Print Run
Merchandise exceeding 500,000 units requires an extended license. Contact us.
Attribution
Attribution is not required for most uses. However, for editorial use in publications, crediting the author and Files Ground is appreciated and may be required by some publishers.
